Honoring long-standing employees.

Dipl.-Ing. Heiko Hülsmann, who has worked in German Engineering for VARIOmobil for 25 years, gave way to his colleague on this evening. We are talking about Jana Michaelis, who has been a permanent employee at VARIOmobil for 10 years now. In reality, however, she has been with the company for 12 years, if you include her 2-year training period as an office administrator.

Jana Michaelis is a great example of the high quality of training at Bohmter Wohnmobil-Schmiede. Over the years, she has developed into a true all-rounder across all departments and today manages the secretariat, takes care of accounting and human resources and is also assistant to the management. Her commitment and expertise are indispensable for the smooth functioning of VARIOmobil's administrative processes. Since joining the company, she has continued to develop and has made an important contribution to the positive development of the company with her sunny disposition.

Dipl.-Ing. Heiko Hülsmann will also be honored this year for his 25 years with the company in a separate ceremony in the motorhome production department. Hülsmann, who started his career in the late 90s with his

Diploma thesis on the "Development, design and manufacture of a car loading ramp for motorhomes"

The fact that he made a pioneering contribution to expanding the comfort of a VARIOmobil is another example of his many years of service and successful collaboration with Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. His own dissertation and numerous others that he supervised at VARIOmobil brought a breath of fresh air and new ideas to the company's development. The construction and sale of high-tech motorhomes and business vehicles would be unthinkable without Heiko Hülsmann. "Form follows function" is his motto and German engineering is in his blood. He appears in front of the camera for VARIOmobil on the German Television YouTube channel and is more than passionate about explaining his convictions regarding comfortable and consistently high-tech vehicle construction in manufactory quality.

The celebration took place in a very special location: in the pavilion of the Bohmter company headquarters on the B51, which normally serves as a sales room for the large land yachts. But on this evening, it was festively lit and transformed into an atmospheric celebration location that was perfect for the occasion.
It was an evening full of gratitude and appreciation. The employees of VARIOmobil and also company founder Bernhard Rothgänger, who has always been at the forefront of vehicle construction in Bohmt with passion and expertise, took the opportunity to talk shop about the development of the company and the past years. During a relaxed conversation with the staff, there was not only a lot to talk about, but also to laugh about - a reminder of how important personal interaction is at VARIOmobil. A cool blonde - tapped by Dip.-Ing. Heiko Hülsmann and high-proof served by boss Frank Mix... the fun factor 10 out of 10 is not neglected in the VARIOmobil employee team.

Culinary highlight 

of the evening was the gala buffet, which enticed guests with a wonderful selection of antipasti and a wide variety of dishes. But the real hit was the roulades, which were traditionally served with red cabbage, dumplings and potatoes - a real treat for the guests and a perfect dish to strengthen the team and lay the foundations for the joint celebration.

Over the years, Jana Michaelis has not only become an expert in the company, but also a valued and popular team member. Her work behind the scenes ensures that operations run smoothly and she has played a key role in the success of VARIOmobil. It was only a year ago that she took over the interface between management and staff. The leap into the deep end was seamless. Being honored by Managing Director Frank Mix was a well-deserved moment to thank her for all her years of dedication and commitment.

 
VARIOmobil has always relied on a strong team that sticks together and is successful together. The anniversary celebration for Jana Michaelis and Heiko Hülsmann was a wonderful example of the family-like and respectful atmosphere that is cultivated at VARIOmobil - and a further sign that the company not only builds exceptional motorhomes, but also cultivates a special working environment.
