Employee Recognition at VARIOmobil
In December, VARIOmobil honored two outstanding employees for their many years of dedication.

Jana Michaelis has been an indispensable part of the team for 10 years (12 years including her apprenticeship). As a versatile all-rounder, she manages the secretariat, handles accounting and human resources, and supports the management team as executive assistant.

Dipl.-Ing. Heiko Hülsmann looks back on 25 years with the company. With his diploma thesis on the development of a car loading ramp and numerous further innovations, he has significantly shaped the vehicle engineering at VARIOmobil.

Student internship in marketing

A BLOG interview by Clarissa Ludwig. She is doing a student internship in marketing, which also includes storytelling. After just eight working days, she’s already got the hang of it. Here is her text: “Hey everyone! I’m a 14-year-old intern and I conducted an exciting interview with Evelyn Vogel. She is 17 years old and is completing her apprenticeship in vehicle technology at VARIOmobil as a body and vehicle construction mechanic. I [Clarissa] think it’s really cool that more and more young women are working in traditionally male-dominated professions, whether as carpenters or metalworkers! And at VARIOmobil, she’s right in the middle of building really big and absolutely amazing motorhomes.”
