Great conversations, motivated students, perfectly organized!

The training event on June 21–22, 2023 at the exhibition hall, Wasserverband Wittlage, was a great success.

At the start of the event, students and their families were able to visit the training fair. During this time, future school graduates had the opportunity to talk with numerous training companies. At our information stand VARIOmobil visitors could learn about training paths in vehicle manufacturing in a relaxed atmosphere. And inside the VARIO Perfect 1000 they could look and be amazed: VARIOmobil presented a remarkable motorhome, giving visitors a practical impression of everyday work. Nicolas Mix and Jana Michaelis presented the apprenticeship opportunities up close.

Using a stamp booklet (Laufbuch), around 750 students were able to collect stamps from participating companies. This signaled that they had gained valuable insights into each company’s training opportunities. The conclusion was clear: VARIOmobil offers excellent training and career opportunities – with all the benefits of a family-run craft business.
